Tuesday Tip: Start the Day with Clarity

Nothing has a bigger pay off than when you spend time getting clear about what needs done. Spending time upfront to clarify the goals, strategies and objectives will increase understanding and quickly result in a focused effort.

When things aren’t clear people tend to gravitate towards the things that are and these things usually won’t be what is needed to meet your goals. When people lack clarity they will fill in the blanks on their own and usually do so with a more negative perception.

Don’t leave people up to their own devices when it comes to understanding what needs done. Give yourself time to bring clarity to what needs done.
