  4. In your most recent position, what problems did you identify that had previously been overlooked?
  5. How successful do you think you have been so far?

  7. Please explain the role you are applying for.
  8. Don’t you think you would be better suited for a company of a different size or type of company?
  9. What do you find more attractive about this position? What do you find least attractive?
