Stop Trying To Become A Better Slave

When you find yourself in a difficult situation, what is the first thing you try to do? Make it better. More often than not, I would say “making it better” means improving the situation, not removing yourself from it. So you ask for new tools, new supplies, or additional people. Are you just trying to be a better slave?

Being faced with a difficult situation or task can cause you to have such a limited vision that you solely focus on the few things that could slightly improve the moment and maybe bring a little comfort. Those things seldom improve the journey. In a few days, weeks, or perhaps months, you will find yourself in the same difficult situation. You will think to yourself that nothing has changed and sometimes nothing ever will.

Today decide to stop trying to improve your difficult situation with better tools, more people, or new supplies. Widen your vision to see beyond the circumstances and instead find deliverance from them. You don’t have to be a victim. Choosing liberation over improvement moves you into a place of victory and abundance. Break the shackles that keep you in the bondage that only serves to hold you back.
