What does it mean to start being a now person? Being a now person means that you aren’t putting things off. You are focused on getting done what needs done now, not later.
We all start off with the best intentions. We plan on doing it; we are just going to do it later. A day becomes a week that becomes a month and before you know it years have passed. The longer we put it off the harder it becomes. Just start.
When you put off what needs done you start to carry the heavy weight of things not done. You seldom realize that this weight is affecting your mood, your happiness and that it is the very thing that is holding you back.
Start being a now person and remove the weight of things undone. Put into action those things you have been delaying. Get your report done, have the difficult conversation, sign up for school, write your book, take your vacation or whatever it is that is burdening your thoughts with things undone.
When you start to finish the things that need done the weight begins to lift, your mood begins to lighten and you start to achieve the level of happiness that you were destined for.
Today, deal with the things that have presented themselves to you. Fulfill your destiny today not in weeks, not in months and see what life is like without the weight of things undone.
